Explain what Bulk and Online import mean

The ETL tool tries its best to explain every step that one should do to have a successful import at the end but IMHO fails at the point where the import mode gets chosen. A short explanation (tooltip/help bubble/fixed content) would be helpful to show what will happen if the user continues with Import Data.
