aws-java-sdk-core has CVE's; bump version

The docs (see https://neo4j.com/labs/apoc/4.4/import/web-apis/#_using_s3_protocol) suggest we use the following dependency to w/ S3: aws-java-sdk-core-1.11.250.jar.

This is a few years old and is riddled with CVE's. I tested with the latest versions and it works fine. Let's update the docs to reflect this.
