Neo cli doesn't support prompt history?

I am used to use neo-local for my previous project but it seems neo-local has no maintainers and outdated for awhile. I am trying to set a new development env using neo-cli despite I didn't have a good experience with neo-cli (Back in the days, it was a pain in the ass to use neo-cli). Good thing is it supports smart contract deploy and invoke now so I think I don't need neo-python anymore?

First hassle I met was it doesn't support prompt history so I had re-type all the invoke commands each type which is really wrong. Am I missing something here?
