Use arrows for updating command and accessing history

Arrows current do not work for re-writing a command, as well as a structure where we can move up and down to get the history of commands.

This would be a feature used by many people.

I would like to copy this logic from neo-sharp, we did a great improves on this

Good idea! There may be some builtin cli modes that allow this.
