RpcServer install error on Neo-cli

Hi everyone,

I get an error while install the RpcServer on Linux ubuntu-16.04 os. Like this:

neo> install RpcServer Downloading from https://github.com/neo-project/neo-plugins/releases/download/v2.10.2/RpcServer.zip error neo>

I couldn't install the RPCServer... how do I fix this error?
