Add power measurement basics example

Similar to #321, but simpler (no for loop trying different sizes), and does idle power measurement.

TODO:

• [ ] Add a bit more description to example (comments, etc.). Probably keep it as a script, though, since notebooks are harder to run on remote servers.
• [ ] Add example to docs examples list.
