Hit escape to exit hotkeys

This still seems to be the case (Windows 10, Chrome 62.0.3202.94), and is true for all modals, with one exception: Escape will close the Details... dialog if you have clicked on one of the tabs. This seems very very weird to me, and seems to indicate there may be some strange focus thing going on....
