show displayed time when dragging the window

When dragging the light blue window in the control area, it would help the user if they could see the width of the box in seconds; right now you have to infer it from looking at graph labels, and if there are no graphs, you don't know how big it is. I was just thinking it could pop up in the centre of the blue area as you change the window.
