Have online script repository for users to browse when looking for functionality

I've got a lot of scripts that do basic operations like absolute value and calculate the derivative, it would be ideal to have a place online I can submit these, where then users can search for a function, see the list of different possible implementations with comments about their various strengths etc and then just grab the code from there rather than having to spend time figuring out how to implement things that have already been implemented dozens of times by other users.
