Remove brainview interface?

There was some work done to incorporate a brain viewer that essentially displayed MRI images. It's probably a good idea to remove these.

make sure you talk to terry, he has a student who might be actually doing this... though perhaps not with what is currently implemented

There is a group of students who plan on working on things like this over the next year. It'd be nice to make sure we have those images around, but I think they'll be implementing from scratch, rather than building on the existing stuff.
