Captcha not showing on contact form with Creative Elements

Describe the bug

The captcha (V3) is not showing for a contact form on a CMS Page (it's asking to complete the captcha, but there's no captcha). The form is created with Creative Elements. It works fine in the normal contact page.

I think the problem come from the fact that there's no captcha-box element ? Since its created with Creative Element, I can't add it

Same for me. I can't add your module with Creative element on 8.1
