I see no effect of touch input in Blender with Wayland

Ah just caught the workaround: "WAYLAND_DISPLAY= blender"

Yeah, it seems like wayland support is still in a sort of beta state: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/getting_started/installing/linux_windowing_environment.html

Until Blender gets it right by default, I'll probably just leave this ticket open as people will likely have similar problems.
