Git-removed-branches Not Recognizing Locally Renamed Branches

When a branch is renamed locally after being pushed to the server, it continues to function as expected since it's still linked to the remote branch. However, the git-removed-branches does not recognize this scenario, showing the renamed branch for deletion erroneously.
