0.8.0 with --valid-ips results in 'No unassociated Elastic IP found!' error

Version 0.8.0 seems to be broken when using the `--valid-ips` option, it reports `No unassociated Elastic IP found!` (but there is one IP address available). **Workaround**: downgrade to 0.7.1

Use Mongo persistor module ver 1.2 instead of 1.0. Using version 1.0 with Vert.x 1.3 (latest release) results in a MethodNotFound error - module API was changed in Vert.x 1.3.

Bump AWS S3 SDK and Joda time versions to the latest releases

AWS S3 SDK 1.11.349 and Joda time 2.10 This fixes https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-java/issues/484 for me.
