An error has occurred with getXnftResultPromise

Hey! I'm trying to use your BackpackIframeAdapter, and when I try to sign a Transaction, I'm getting back an error that is not very helpful... not even sure where the error is coming from since this is an Event.

Maybe you've ran into something similar or have any idea how I can debug this?
