Pytorch 2.1 for compute capability 3.5

First of all thank you for the work! Amazing for me that I have a tesla K40 :)

I was wondering, could it be possible to build the last version of pytorch (2.1) having compute capability 3.5 support?

My setup is CUDA 11.4 cudnn 8.9 tesla k40 UBUNTU OS
