toaster chocolatey

Any considerations in creating a chocolatey package?

@nels-o if you would be so kind as to create a github "release" of this package? That is, a zip file containing only the binaries, no sources. That is the bare minimum I would need to create a chocolatey package.

I'm glad folks are still getting some use out of this. I'll look at building some release binaries for this over the weekend.
