Added a Solarium Data Fixture Loader Command

This adds fixture loading capabilities to the bundle. Basically only a command and a couple of services are needed. That way, it's easy to load Solr data fixtures in a Symfony application. The feature is merged in Solarium, however, not in master (that's why I have updated the composer file, this should be changed back before this is merged.

I will add Alice related capabilities that use this in the AliceBundle.

Thanks that's cool but if you don't mind I'd rather wait until solarium has a tag with this in it.

@muub it's so old that it's not really up to date anymore.. at lesat the PR is conflicting, and I am not really familiar with this code anymore so it'd be great if someone can pick it up and rebase it and open a new PR unless @baldurrensch is still around :)
