Calculate "Allocation of Transport Space"

Mostly, the tool is used to analyze Transport spaces. So the allocation there would be interesting, too (without Green and Buildings). example, where these values were calculated manually.

Feel free to submit a pull request with a checkbox to calculate just transport or all types.
