Feature Request - Do not convert URL to CardLink inside parenthesis

Most of the time, when I paste a URL, I definitely want it converted to a card link. However, if I'm writing an article with included links, I would rather it not do the auto-conversion.

I believe it would be helpful if the parser ignored links enclosed in parenthesis ().
