Why/User Benefit/User Problem

With this feature, we can remove the duplicate chapters from the list (duplicate chapters means same chapter uploaded by different scanlators ) and updates of the manga if the new chapter is already uploaded by another group.

What/Requirements

This feature focuses on the chapters instead of the group which are translating.

A toggle/filter option in the manga filter, where we can enable with below behavior

1. Remove the duplicate chapters from the manga list where oldest chapter will have high priority.
2. There won't be any manga updates if the chapter is already available (If ch333 is available, and the same chapter is uploaded by a different group, it will be excluded).

Does 2.11.8 cover this? It added the ability to skip duplicates (its not configurable and not a filter in chapter list but a reader setting)

This covers somewhat but the second option If the chapter is already read and other groups uploads the same chapter(it will redownload the chapter), can this be implemented as recently for some of the series some groups are republishing from beginning and there is no need of downloading those

quick test on it, at it seemed to work as expected! thanks a lot!

while reading, it tries the similar source first, if there isn't it checks other source instead of "lazily" continues to next row in list of chapter.
