Why/User Benefit/User Problem

It could help user to check out the new mangas by reading chapters online with data saver on(which is much faster since the size is small) and at the same time, user can download original manga chapters without compromising with the quality.

What/Requirements

A seperate option to toggle data saver option for 1.Downloads 2.Reading Online
