Drag and drop library positions are not saved with backups

Steps to reproduce

• Change library sort order to drag and drop
• Customise the positions
• Create a backup
• Clear all local data (was recently tested on updating to the new install from V2.16)
• Restore the backup

Expected behavior

The custom drag and drop positions that were set before the backup should be restored

Actual behavior

The custom drag and drop positions that were set before the backup are not restored and the drag and drop functionality reverts to the order of the last sort option
