Feature Request: Tachi -> Neko Restore for non-Mangadex sources Workflow

Describe your suggested feature

Currently, Neko will restore a Tachi backup fine, though non-mangadex mangas are skipped. Adding an (optional) workflow to the restore process to iterate through the non-mangadex sources and search Mangadex for them to migrate them over would make the process significantly easier for users.

I don't believe this requires much in the way of additional scaffolding. Neko already identifies (and skips) the non-dex sources. What it can do is populate the search box with their names, one at a time to let the user attempt to find them and follow, with the option to bail out of the search migration at any time. Adding a toggle to the restore page on whether to apply the migration workflow or not (defaulted to no) would give the option, but also not spam Mangadex with a bunch of searches unnecessarily.
