Quick access dump cache button

With issue one of the recent issue, someone had an issue that saw dumping the cache as a fix, since then I have been doing this whenever I run into pages that refuse to load or when a page takes a few minutes to try to load and fails, this does fix the problem when backing out of the chapter and reopening it doesn't, or the issue persists though a force stop.

so i'm wondering if it would be possible to have a settings checkbox to make a quick access cache dump for cached chapters.

Other details

when enabled, having it accessible from the ui right there would be really nice.
