"Display in CMS content" on positions should be respected under the user_con_profile.staff_positions drop

Setting a position to not display in CMS content hides it from the staff_positions drop, but not from the list of positions on a user_con_profile object. Either:

1. hide it under that object also
2. expose the flag, so it can be filtered out via liquid.
3. some other solution that hasn't occurred to me yet.
