Adding additional runs to front page new event tracker widget
When I add an addition run of a game after the first round of signups, it doesn't show up on the front page tracker the way a new event does. Additionally, if I accept a game and create the event but do not schedule it yet and a round of signups pass, it won't get added to the tracker for the next round. I think it would be good if a new thing showing up on the tracker was triggered by scheduling a run rather than by accepting an event. I think this would fix both of those cases. Thank you! This is the same use case as the issue I filed last week for the new liquid drop for new runs, and can likely be merged with that one
