Proposals list can remain on invalid page after search

minor issue

In the proposals page, if you advance to a page beyond 1, then search in a field, it will leave you in the current page even if the search results don't extend to that page. This makes it appear like there are no search results. The page navigation line at the bottom will show for instance, page 2 of 1.

Suggest after search it return you to the last valid page or page 1
