Filter emails by signup bucket

Specific user case is a GM with game that has PC and NPC buckets. User wants to be able to select specific buckets when generating email lists. Ie, PCs, and not NPCs. Currently can only filter between Confirmed, GMs and waitlist, where confirmed includes all buckets.
