Confusing wording: How many events do you want to sign up for
How it handles things like Forums and social events is not clear from this. We mean things you need a sign-up slot for, but we're running into that language issue where that's really hard to describe with our current terms.
Yeah. Ultimately I think this comes down to "countedness" being difficult to explain clearly. I don't have a better wording but I'd love to change it if anyone has one.
This shouldn't at all block this issue, but writing it down here to get it on "paper": I have a thought that counted/not-counted isn't really the right thing to begin with, and we should instead have a more flexible concept of classes of signup limit. This could dovetail with signup rounds. It probably makes this part of the UI even more complicated, but it might also make the concepts easier to get a handle on.
Maybe "How many events do you want to sign up for over the entirety of the con (not including events you are running, nor other events that don't use a signup slot)?" Is kinda clunky but it's the shortest thing i can think of that communicates it?
