Modernise Spin Button

It should be possible to modernise the spin button by substituting it with labels in a similar way to command buttons. The up and down arrows can be each formed of a label, the mouse down event on one or other of these starts incrementing/decrementing and the mouse up event stops it.

Probably best to use Wingdings3 font for the up/down arrow (as there can be scaling issues with pictures going between different Office installations).
