An updated glossary exists in the book which we've started updating after this issue was created. Unfortunately, while trying to reference it I found out it is not being generated...
I would never use the word "counterparties" in any customer facing text. In the US it is simply not used in normal business parlance.
I still think my suggested from above to just use the word "Add" is best in both cases.
I would be happy to provide a LaTeX template for PDF, when I have some time.
