Issue with macOS 14.0

Hi, after I updated my software version to macOS 14.0, I found I can't change the file color on my desktop. I have added it to my file extension but no option shows after I click the file icon.:

However, there is an option shown when I choose another app on the desktop that the default icon is not a folder:
