Not firing FOCUS event correctly

If Squire is instantiated in an iFrame, then it doesn't fire the 'focus' event correctly. It looks as if the code to prevent focus/blur groups is incorrectly blocking the focus events. When it's in an iFrame the control seems to always be the iFrame document's 'activeElement', so it's never 'blurred'
