Entering line-breaks without writing anything.

Line-breaks added with shift+enter cannot be deleted if nothing was added before.

How to reproduce:

  1. Open http://neilj.github.io/Squire/.
  2. Delete everything in the editor.
  3. Press shift+enter multiple times.
  4. Try to delete the introduced new-lines.

  1. Highlight them (ctrl+A or something)
  2. Delete them (Backspace)
