minTime is property is not working properly

I got an issue with the date time picker. Even though I set "mindatetime" property, It is not working properly.It is not showing past time in the morning session. Where as in the afternoon session, the past (time- hours:minitues:AM/PM) is enabled. Not only past (time- hours:minitues:AM/PM) enabling but also If we click on the past time first time, then it is showing AM time for the second time.

For Example: Afternoon session problem:

Current time is: 03:40 PM

Date picker time is also: 03:40 PM with past time enabled.

Now If we reduce the time as: 03:37 PM for the first time and click on "SET" button, then again click on the date picker. Now It is showing 03:40 AM.

Why is it showing Morning session time?

Please suggest regarding the above issue.
