'animationDuration' is a dangerous param

Use jQuery.fadeIn is very boring when u has many event to handle. Because it's always delay. Make two input with DateTimePicker, switch them less then 'animationDuration', u will see it. I think that use css 'transition' will be better and deft.

By the way, this is a nice date time picker. I like it.
