Update Electron Version & Naming

Always have the same Version as in the Server Backend

And use a better name than "memebox-electron"

Currently the electron version needs to be set manually - it would be nice to use the Version applied by the Github Action but the syntax isn't "good" enough yet

For example

Error: Invalid version: "2022.1-beta-4.0"
