Good looking Scrollbars

On Windows those ugly scrollbars... need to go :D

If anyone has a good library that can do it, please feel free to open a PR.

How it "should" go:

• custom Component / directive (depending on how this library works) that holds the content and the scrollbar
• and then all places need to use that component
