Extract strings for translation

This project currenlty doesn't have many extracted strings so there is no real "guideline" yet.
That means you'd be the first haha, if you are up for that :)
I'd suggest to go through that by page (per pr, not all at once), otherwise there would be too much review / figure out where to put things :D

it was just an idea to keep the amount of files to review a bit, for example if you extract everything at once .... this would take quite some time to check (for and me) and review (for me) :D
Maybe per page, per component I don't know which would be the "best" way to do it.
