• [x] add a flag in twitch trigger settings- if the broadcaster is allowed to ignore the cooldown

• [x] hide language selection (until there are at least 2 fully translated ones available)

• [x] clean up settingsjson: extract media screenshot out of the json
• [x] Replace Import / Export with Markdown-based files
• [x] {$SERVER_URL}/file/ remove this from the media file selection

Full Release

• [ ] write release docs / changelog etc
• [x] Action Selection Dialog: each item should have a hover
• [x] Recipe - Trigger Random List: should list each action in a row instead of comma based list
• [x] electron asks for "hide to tray" even when choosing "quit"
