Live Server not working

I wanted to see the preview of my html file from vs code through the live server, but for the past few months its not working. I'm tapping on the "Go Live" option in vs code but the visual representation of my code isn't showing in my browser. I have tried re-installing the extension and vs code too but still its not working.
