Eliminate the need to reboot

Upon installation (or upgrade even) a mandatory reboot can be avoided if the setup sequence is changed to:

Flow

• Install filter driver first
• Set LowerFilters value
• Disable Bluetooth via undocumented IOCTL
• Power-cycle the radio
• Now the filter should get loaded
• Enable Bluetooth via undocumented IOCTL
• Enable BthPS3 profile driver service
• Install profile driver

And that's it, no more reboot required 😎
