Add a workaround for non-responding applications

Some applications take too long to respond, which triggers the troubleshooting program from Windows.

Foreground window switches to dwm.exe, and does not revert back unless Alt-Tab is pressed.

A possible fix is to detect the change to dwm.exe and simply ignore it.
