Making a custom role assign Discord Bot [Gssco'23]

Making a discord bot that will assign roles to the members according to a csv file. It will take a csv file and give that particular role only to the people with discord IDs, the same as those listed in the csv file. It will also generate a list of people with the roles assigned so that it is easier to track who has been given the roles and who is yet to be given. I want to add this bot to the collection of bots.
