Update libgit2 and libssh2 versions

Hello. I’m a master’s student and investigating whether updates from one project are useful for another project. In this pull request, I am updating libgit2 from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1 and libssh2 from 1.9.0 to 1.10.0. Since these two updates are being done in https://github.com/aws/eks-distro-build-tooling/commit/e9ca535a8fe2a21d46732c8c0273bb9818533836, I’m wondering if this project can update the libraries as well. Also, I found [email protected] seems to have a CVE-2019-17498 problem.

We have updated the docker file in the backend repo for gitconvex Dockerfile but due to lack of bandwidth, the maintainer couldn't test and merge it.
