11.6.0-39U not loading <3 nedwill 2016 (o3ds)

When I try to load <3 nedwill 2016 in o3ds sound it says "Could not play." I followed all instructions, I renamed the .bin file to otherapp.bin and I still don't know what went wrong. Please help me out with this.

Y'all really need to read. Obviously you didnt follow the directions. Soundhax only supports 11.3 - 9.0
