"Could not play" on 9.2.0-20E.

I cannot for the life of me get it working on my 9.2.0-20E N3DS. The file in the sound app also does not show up as <3 nedwill 2016 but just as the filename. Any suggestions?

You maybe using the wrong m4a file. (Sound file)
