O3dsXL An Exception Occurred lauching FBI from Homebrew launcher

I was following 3ds guide, and I was very excited about hacking my 3dsxl, but I got problem when i tried to open FBI from Homebrew launcher. After that the screen shows that message An exception ocurred can someone help me? region US .... Section IV - Installing CIAs

Launch FBI from the list of homebrew    //problem HERE
Navigate to SD -> cias
Select “<current directory>”

Why is this on soundhax? You need to use Rosalina not soundhax. You should read the guide.
