o11.0.0-10E "the homemenu robpin is ready", then i get in the main menu

When i try to charge soundhax, i charge the file "<3 needwill 2016" but, after some seconds while the upper screen shows the proccess is going right, i get back to the main manu with a message which says: An error has occurred. Please save your data in any software currently in use, then restart the system. I have the correct otherapp payload, have checked the extension of the files in order to have them named properly. I have all the files (3ds folder, boot.3dsx, otherapp.bin, soundhax.m4a). Despite everything, i keep getting this error. In case you had not read title, my firmware version is 11.0.0-10E, an old 3ds (not xl). The otherapp payload i m using is POST5_E_24576_9221.bin (renamed to otherapp). Hope you can help me!

I seem to be getting this issue as well, but mine just crashes to the home menu and acts like nothing happened
